Michal Matulík
director

He has been interested in film making since he was 13 years old. As early as high school he broke out in the Zlín cinemas with the feature length retro sci-fi film, Tři dni na Měsíci (Three Days on the Moon). He completed his education studying directing at the Film School Zlín with the psychological short film, Bude (It will be). He studied philosophy at Masaryk University and along with Andrew Douwe he founded the film studio Mion Films.

He has been a dedicated player and organizer of LARP for 7 years. He currently works as a designer and lecturer at the civic association Eduludus, where he prepares educational larps for students from primary and secondary schools.

Pavel Gotthard
screenplay and dramaturgy

He graduated in dramaturgy and screenwriting at JAMU, and is currently working as a freelance screenwriter.  He is the author of the screenplay for the viral internet movie Interande (Interdate), collaborated on the epic saga series První republika (First Republic) and the upcoming miniseries of Maria Theresa.

With regards to LARPing he worked as a game designer in the association Court of Moravia, during which he participated in more than ten LARPs, including the large-scale simulation of a totalitarian regime Project System (2009). His experience with the larp community is reflected in his novella Léky smutných (2013) (Meds for the sad).

Jitka Chocholatá
film editing

A student of film editing at Tomas Bata University in Zlin. In addition to numerous projects in which she participated in school, she has had the experiences of internships in the Czech Centre in London and the filming of the series Vinaři II (Winemakers II). She is currently working in the film post-production company UPP. In her spare time, she joins entertaining film projects, which she doesn’t want to give up on despite her work load.

Jitka has been playing in larps for several years and participated in some of the games that appear in the film Roleplayers..

Jiří Hloušek
sound design

He is studying in the master’s programme in film sound at UTB in Zlin. He has worked on countless projects such as the documentary The Elements and Záhada lokálek (Mystery of Omnibus Trains), the series Vinaři II (Winemakers II) and others. He enjoys experimenting and devotes his time to music.

He has not played LARP yet.

Andrew Douwe

Anderew Douwe met with Michal Matulík during their student years. He cooperated on Michal’s graduation film It Will Be (Bude), on the documentary Hernych’s Villa (Hernychova vila), etc. Together with Michal, they founded the film studio Mion Films. 
So far, Andrew has been successfully avoiding LARP, but the temptation will probably catch up with him.
